The Fax Integrator was just installed; however, it is not sending out faxes.  This is not a situation where it stopped working because this is a new install.  I can see that the documents are being picked up, and the TIFF files are being created.  Is there something I need to check?

What faxing software do you have installed on the PC? Are there any errors that you can see. I believe there should be a log file, but I can't remember where it is located. Also, is the phone line set up correctly?

In the documentation, it has to install .Net, Crystal, and SQL Server Compact edition. The optional software (IIS and SMTP) is not installed. The phone/modem and Windows fax service are set up. Is there something else?

Not sure if it's necessary but here we always have the Windows fax server app running on the PC.
If you haven't tried starting that up, you could try that.

That was up and running. I stopped and started the service to make sure it wasn't hung, and it still will not fax out. All of the documents are in pending status.

Do you have your phone numbers correct? Do you have the Fax Integrator set to follow dial rules or Dial as Entered? Fax Integrator | Options | Dialing tab

I've also found that if the Senders and Directory tabs don't contain the same number...  they will not match up, or fax out..  Let me see if I can provide you a specific example.  Attached.

Some thoughts...

You may need to verify that the account you are using to authenticate to your Lawson IOS Server (under Servers > Portal in Fax Integrator) is setup properly in Lawson Security Administrator. While it authenticates with LDAP/NT, it still needs to be setup in LSA with appropriate permissions.

You may need to check that your Fax Account is configured properly in Windows Fax and Scan under Tools > Fax Accounts. This should be outlined in the install documentation.

Also in Windows Fax and Scan under Tools > Fax Settings the box should be checked for "Allow the device to send faxes".
