I can't get it to work. I got all the required information and entered the data into the screen, and let it kick off.  Been running almost 2 hours. But it doesn't look as if it is doing anything.

Tried 3 times. Doing a WebEx with Lawson next week. I'm over it.

This happened to us also. What a frustrating process this has been from the git-go. The original form even had a typo in the email address under the Send button so it bounced back. Regarding the Audit software, ugh. My Lawson System Adminstrator said that he installed, uninstalled, re-installed it three times. On the third install it finally worked successfully and produced the Day1.zip and Day1-plain.zip files in just two minutes. Go figure.

Barb, did you guys send data for all of your environments? I can't figure out why it matters for anything other than PRODuction. Our other environments have product lines that get tossed every so often...some exist for only a few days of testing. Just asking because every darn time I have to redo this thing I have to ask my DBA to come over, again, to enter the SA credentials, for each server. He's over it as well.

The Infor person told me to delete everything and start over. They think my files got corrupted.

Edit:  Well that must have been the issue.  It ran after I deleted the entire work folder and reconfigured everything.

Yes, we did both our test and production environments.
