The following link use to open the benefit enrollment in new window with out any panels on the left side (Just like RQC). But after the EMSS upgrade it does not work. It only displays the blank page.

Any suggestions on fixing the link

That is the link that I have and it works. Maybe the application did not deploy correctly in WebSphere? What do the log files say?

You may need to check your browser version and validate that it is supported with your environment and webserver version. When we upgraded EMSS we had lots of problems with different browsers. You might check the browser debugger (F12 for Chrome and IE) and see if there is an error thrown in the console. That may point you in the right direction. It could be an authentication issue.

FYI - we are on EMSS 10.0.6.0.07, ESP 9.0.1.11 and WAS 7.x and authenticate to Landmark via federation. We have experienced lots of browser issues, particularly with IE.
