When our users are logging into Portal, there is a second login screen that displays on the screen in portal, at the top of that screen it says... "authorizing". The page it seems to be is sso/modal.htm. We are using version 10 of LSF on windows OS.

Users enter their credentials again , but Portal comes back to it. The users never actually get into portal. Why is this happening, does anyone know?
