NetExpress v5.0 versus v5.1

I'm looking at updating our technology from 9.0.0.6 to 9.0.1.5.  One of the products I'm looking at updaing is NetExpress.  Currently, we are on version 5.  Is there any advantage going to version 5.1?

None, have run multiple upgrades and used v5 without any issue.
