Hi everyone!

LSF9 core technology is installed, but no Portal. Executing smoke test:
pfserv test testGroupIOS and getting an error in wuerr file - Data
Servlet error: Product Line GEN is not found.

Also, another smoke test, at the URL - servlet/Profile?_PATH=test, also
getting error Product Line GEN is not found.

Found one KB article referencing checking WebSphere JVM definitions, but
no errors on com.lawson.gendir.

Anything else I can check?

Thanks!

Obviously, GEN must be installed and recognized.
1. Does GEN exist in LAWDIR? How about the database?
2. Check your install.log in LAWDIR
3. Recheck all your settings in websphere for the application server. Recheck them again.

Yes - Roger thank you! In my log files I saw a reference to a typo in my $LADBDIR in WebSphere. Once I changed in Websphere, this error went away!

Thanks!
