SSL - IIS 7.0

I am attempting to configure SSL on a IIS 7.0 / WAS 7.0.  It works with http .... when I change the URL to https, it prompts me "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely" .... If I say Yes, the logon page will not render, if I say No, the SSL Lock goes away and the logon page renders. Any help is greatly appreciated.
