TDS 6.2 Upgrade - Administrator is Not Authorized

Greetings,

We are attempting to install TDS 6.2 (previous version is 6.0).  The install completes okay but when we attemtp to login to the Security Admin after the fact we get the error:

 

Administrator is Not Authorized - Access Denied.

 

I can login to JExplorer and review all the security data and it looks to be okay so it is not a problem with the user not having access to the ADM profile.  Any ideas why this is occuring.

 The error happens with "Lawson" Security Administrator? With any user? Just some?

What is the ID of the user(s) you're attempting to log into? Is it the 'lawson' user? What about other users such as lawadm? Or the other installed ID's?

Do you have the ID/passwords correct?

The error only happens with the Lawson Security Administrator. It occurs with any user, even the admins such as the lawson user.

The ID/password is correct.

 When you attempt to log on to security admin, are you pointing to the correct server?
