Counting license usage

We recently had an Infor audit and were found to be out of compliance for several of  the modules we purchased

FINPRO,GMHRP and MRBAC.

 

We bought some Inquiry licenses and new licenses but we are struggling with a way to monitor usage.

 

Does anybody know of any good tools to monitor Full and Inquiry license usage for FINPRO, GMHRP and MRBAC?

Have you tried using command licsta from the command line? This shows licenses and peak usage. You could probably script it for a daily email.

Note that this is only for Lawson S3 licenses.  I'm not familiar with the specific ones you mentioned.
