Don't allow drill around but allow search

We want to allow some users access to PA22 but do not want to have access to drill around.

The only problem I am having is with the employee table.  The users still need to be able to use the search to find the correct employee by name.

Do I have to go into each field on the employee table and deny access to it except for the employee number, and name fields to allow them to search?

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi Nancy, I think you probably do need to do what you described, but it's much easier than what you have in mind. Simply click the + beside the EMPLOYEE table, and click the checkbox beside each field in the table. Then click the "Deny Any Access" radio button, and click the Apply button. You can get them all in one fell swoop - no need to go into each field separately. Best regards, Dave (303) 773-3535
