Lawson Account can not log into portal

We are using the LDAP bind. The only user we are having an issue with the the Lawson user. The error we receive when we log into portal is

WARNING: LDAP authentication failed for user with dn 'CN=Lawson User,OU=Service Accounts,OU=Administrative Accounts,DC=endurancebermuda,DC=net'. Message: javax .naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID- 0C090334, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 531, vece

Any ideas would be appreciated

I guess the obvious question is: Does the lawson account exist in the container/context in which you've directed ldapbind to search?

Error 49 in Ldap simply means you provided the wrong password - the Lawson password on your Environment is not neccessarily the same as the one in the Ldap that is used to authenticate into portal. I would NOT try to change the OS password of Lawson as the Lawson user id is used for many things but rather try to remember what the password is for Lawson in the ldap.
