Hello!

We are running Lawson 10 and today users went to submit some batch jobs and they all went in the waiting queue.  There is a job that is running that is preventing anyone else from submitting a job.  How do you see a list of all user jobs running and their size?  We need to kill this job as it is effecting the production environment.  Is there a way to do this using LID.  We connect to LID by select connecting to NT Server.  Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you in advance!

Pops

Use a login with appropriate permissions to see all jobs | all queues | etc.

Be very careful deleting jobs from the active queue that are 100 level jobs... I'd ask Infor before deleting any of the 100 level jobs.

So when I log into LID, i can enter line commands (no gui). So you're say if I enter obschd F7 (Show) A (All User Names) I will be able to see all user jobs? I am set up as an admin so I should have rights
