We are planning to upgrade to LSF9 next year.  Can you give me an estimate of how many professional service hours might be needed?

This is a pretty large question, due to the number of questions that would need to be asked.

I specialize in security implementations, and there's a lot that would need to be spec'd out to give you anything close to an accurate response. Since you're effectively asking for a quote (albeit of hours, and not dollars), I think it would be wise to take this off-list.
