Exporting crystal report in text format?

Am I missing something in my system? I don't seem to have an option to export a report run from LBI to Text? The output to CSV is similar but it surrounds each line with quote marks. Anyone know of a way around this? Thanks, -Lance LBI 10-6-17-0-339 Crystal RAS 2011
