I can un-check the "All" box, but can't save it. In our dev version which is 10.0.0.134, I can, but only if I 'play' with the IE compatibility settings. I've got a ticket in with Infor, but the development team says that it is working as designed. That's a terrible design! And what did they do between 10.0.0.134 and 10.4.0.0.190 that limited this ability. Anyway, who else is running 10.4.0.0.190 and what are you doing? One of my thoughts was - perhaps there's a setting during installation that could have been changed to allow this??

You're not alone. We are running 10.6.0.0.157 currently, and I KNOW that it was fixed for a while because the previous version had this issue as well, and we were told by Infor to install this one. It was fixed, now it's not any more. Infor says that it has already been reported to them and are working on a fix. Waiting for development. KB 1840008 and Defect 556398

Thanks, Greg I knew I could count on you to have some insight into this issue. I guess we'll just wait for the fix. PS. Are you having any issues with the non-admin users having access to that dashboard? Just curious. Robby

I haven't heard of any issues. And I think I would have as now all of our employees have access to it. (We push that LBI group out to all new-hires, and have an Employee Dashboard). I suspect that people are either too busy to go poking around, or of the feeling that "If I haven't been trained to do it, I won't touch it".

Greg, As it turns out, "Waiting for development. KB 1840008 and Defect 556398" is my case. Instead of waiting for them to figure it out, I asked them what field in what table holds this 'flag'. Try this update to your framework services table: UPDATE LawsonFS.dbo.ENPBATREE SET ENTRYPUBLIC = 0 WHERE ENTRYSTRING='Tools' This action will un-check the 'All' box for Sharing the 'Tools' dashboard in ver. 10.4.0.0.190 Works for us! I suppose I should have had access to the Tools dashboard before we changed it.. ha ha ha! Is there a back URL to get either the content admin page or the Tools dashboard to come up?

I just got this fixed. AMS installed FS-10.6.7.0.170 fixpack as we are moving to the Cloud.
