Hello

We have a combination of TC51 and TC52 devices in our health system.  The issue we are having is the device button them selves being very close to the infor application buttons on the screen.  The user will want to click the next or previous button to go the next time on the screen but will accidently click the device button on the handhled.  This closes down the par count screen and they will lose all of the work.  Does anyone know of a device setting that can be changed or selected so if they accidently hit the device button it won't close out the par screen.  Thank you

We also have the TC-52.  When the user accidentally taps the Overview button they can just tap the par ordering screen they were using to get back.

If the user accidentally taps the Previous button a warning pops up saying there are counts entered and gives you the option to say No or discard changes.

Thanks Jon for the response, we do not get a warning message. Is there a setting for this somewhere?

Not that I know of. It shouldn't be an option imo.

We get the same popup here. I was demoing today and it warns you the counts will be lost. The highlighted option is to keep counting.
