MHC - Advantages/Disadvantages

Does anyone currently use MHC at their hospital? If so, what all do you utilize it for and what would you say are the advantages and disadvantages you have seen?

We use MHC for Accounts Payable and Payroll. We have their Document Express and Document Self Service products. I have found that the support they provide is very good. the products work well. They have been very responsive when we needed modifications to our check formats. They have a lot of experience working with Lawson.
