Received an Upload Error on one of the items included in the bulk cart order. Message states "No replenishment information found".
Has anyone ever seen this before or have any idea what causes it?

Assuming your bulk cart order is similar to a par cart, the problem would be caused by your IC81 setup. Each item gets coded with either the warehouse it is pulling from or the vendor that the PO should go to.
To find which it is, we go into the MSCM webpart, find the upload error and see which particular item it is. IC82 will tell you the shelf/bin in IC81 as well as what replenishment it has setup.
To fix the replenishment, we go to IC81, plug in the location and inquire. Then hit More on the item to update the primary vendor or the From Company and From Location.
If it is not the same . . .ignore this message.

Well, here's an interesting twist. I looked in IC81. The item that failed is not in the IC81 in Lawson.
When we log in via the hand held, shouldn't it be seeing the same thing I see in the IC81?

We've had some weird issues with Mobile Supply Chain not syncing up correctly. There's a table behind the scenes that tracks the last sync - our IT guys go in and delete that record when this happens. MSCM database table "ICAUDIT_TRACKER". When you open it there should be 1 record in it. Delete the record and it will force MSCM to a full resynch with Lawson.

Usually when we encounter this error, that is the reason- it's not in the par anymore. What I've found is that some of our material handlers don't log off the handhelds completely at the end of the day. After they've finished uploading their counts they leave the screen at "Ready to Count" which has all of their locations and this saves them from needing to download them again the next day. Without at least exiting to the MPC screen the par location item data won't be refreshed on the handheld device resulting in errors if certain changes are made to the par.

Thanks Jon and Michelle!
I just traveled down to the unit and found that the item number associated on the bar code label for the item had been scratched out and a new one had been written in. I guess they didn't realize that a completely different item was being displayed (and ordered) when they scanned the bar code.
SMH.

Ha! That's kinda funny. I can see them saying "But I scratched out the old number."
