Items vanished from req

I have a user who ordered 12 items, but only 2 were pulled into a requisition.

I checked a few of the items that "fell off" and they are set up correctly in Lawson and when I try to order them either by Express Order or Template, there are no error messages to be corrected. The items pull into the shopping cart like they should.

Has anyone ever seen this happen before?

Do you have mote than one data area on this server?

Hi David,

 Yes, we do (Test and Dev) but our RQC users do not have access to those environments. The user printed her unreleased req showing all 12 items.

We looked up the req number in RQ44 and saw 2 items which pulled into 2 separate POs.

I've seen this type of issue - the fix is create the xml folder structure for RQC in each data area.

Do you have any documentation on how to do this? I'm not familiar with how this is done, and may not even have rights in security to do it.

Each data area needs it's own RQC directory structure set up -
// $LAWDIR/data_area/xml/out

You need command line access to create the directory.

Hi David,

 I checked with our IT team and they see an xml file for every data area in

// $LAWDIR/data_area/xml/out.

With that said, I'm not sure why this user had so many items drop off her req. So far, this is the only user reporting this and the first time it's ever crossed my plate.

Are the items all non stock or a mixture of stock and non stock? Have you checked PO100 to see if anything there shows up?
