Hello - We are in the early stages of testing MSCM (to be implemented in May) & are having trouble with RAD.  PO receipts seem to upload OK from MSCM but PO receipts are not visible in PO30.  Any ideas?  We ran in to this same issue years ago (before my time) & I'm told we were never able to find root cause.  Thanks, Beth

Do they show in PO64? If not, they are "stuck" on MSCM somewhere. We're bringing in consultants to help with our implementation to find out why.

When PO receiving in MSCM all PO lines must have source data except inventory type items.  Do your PO lines originate from requisitions?  Check your $lawdir/work/arrival directory for .err files.  If there are .err files, there is mostly likely a problem with source data on the PO lines.

Thanks to you both for responding. Not visible in PO64 & the PO is in "Released, not Issued". Will receipt work with no Issue Final? Also to Wayne's question, no source data on this PO. Finally, I was told we have a time stamp issue, with MSCM being 5 hours ahead of our time zone. Infor's working on that one. I will recommend to the testers a complete retest with a pool of PO's best fitting our standard PO's, or at least a mix.

Hello, I am doing PO30 using Handheld through MSCM. Receipt number is created and i can see the receipt in portal but it is not getting printed in the assigned printer in printer management . Not sure if I am missing something in printer management (MSCM). Please advise. Thanks

We have worked through several issues (we are also moving to be a hosted client) & are transacting smoothly, minus some hiccups with set up. Since we will be hosted, we have to send our label printer list to Infor for set up, still waiting on that. I am looking at RQC to see what kind of delivery info comes in from MSCM. All I found was Tracking Number Detail. Nothing like what you can see in MSCM. Is this all RQC can offer or am I missing a setting?

Brupp, If you go to Infor Communities --Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management: Accessing MSCM delivery tracking information within RQC there is information on RQC/MSCM tracking as well as a screen shot showing the MSCM tracking icon next to each requisition. https://community.inforxt...formation-within-rqc

StephanieD - Thanks so much!! I'm assuming this will only work when receipts done via HH & not when receipt is done via PO30?

Our PO30 receipts go to MSCM for tracking and delivery.  Below is from a Lawson KB doc that I had from when we first set this up 5 or 6 years ago.

If Header level package tracking is defined for your PO Company (PO01),       when a PO is received on either on the handheld or directly on PO30, upon       release of the receipt, a file is placed in the Arrival Directory       ($LAWDIR/prodline/work/ARRIVAL).              These files are brought over to the MSCM application via the potrack       scheduler.  When the receipt file is transferred from the Arrival       directory successfully, the file will be deleted from the ARRIVAL       directory and the Delivery Document for the PO receipt will be available       to print via MSCM.  If the receipt file is not transferred successfully,       there will be a .err file in the ARRIVAL directory.              For instances where MSCM is running on a Windows Server and the Lawson       Back Office is Unix - Samba is the suggested method for sharing the files.        In the mscm.filter.properties file, the definition for the       potrack.sync.dir needs to have unix slashes  (Example:       //lawson.com/potrack).
