Hi,

Does the system records transaction logs for business process?
I am not familiar at all with the system, and couldn't find any free documentation.
To be more specific:
Is there a track of changes being done in a document such a purchase order or a sales order?
Some ERP systems manage statuses of a document, or a workflow.
Does Lawson ERP have any workflow in any of its modules?
If it does, is it possible to retrieve the event logs recorded?

Thans in advance!

Yes, it audits changes on the PO - but not so much on the requisitions. We have it set to audit before the PO is issued and have several fields flagged. There is a screen (PO66) where you can look up by PO number. We have several audit queries that read the POAUDIT table as well as the ICAUDIT table which tracks changes to the item master and the various item locations.

Yes, Lawson has event logs. Process Flow (Lawson's workflow designer) also has event logs.

You don't find it in the free documentation because part of the install and company setup is to determine what is and is not tracked by the audit table.

That's a great info!

I appreciate it very much!
Maybe I should look for more info using "audit log" key words too.

Thanks!
