Ok, so it's just there to capture/log information, but not necessary to use if MSCM is in place?

Another question - How does the IC527 work?

The IC527 creates an item master interface file in HL7 format. You can use the 'Form Help' feature in Portal to get a description of the form functionality.

If you are using pick for par on MSCM - it is populating the WH32 for you. Otherwise, you might be running WH132s on a schedule? Basically when the par counts are sent - they create allocations. WH32/WH132/Pick For Par is what tells the system the items are issued and not just allocated. IC527 is for sending your item master info out to other systems. It's kind of like a canned sql report from Lawson.

Using MSCM POU for Nursing and performing Par Replenishment for large numbers of items in a 400+ item par location.  Par Replenishment creates a Req in RQ10.  We then run WH130, WH132.  Process the walkthru errors on WH32 and then run the WH190.  We don't think walkthru works as we're unable to finish when we update the UOM with the correct trans UOM.  We end up having to Void/Kill the line to Finish.  Ultimately we're wanting to update the quantity on hand in the Par Location once WH190 is run, but unable to identify what updates the QOH.   Two requests.  What is the correct walkthru procedure?  And how does the par count get updated in the replenishment process on MSCM POU for Nursing?
