When I click on the edit action in the Smart Notes data source the screen is blank with the yellow triangle with exclamation mark in the browser status bar.

I couldn't find any information on this error message on mylawson. Does anyone know how to resolve this error?

When I click on the error the message is

this can often be caused by restrictive browser settings. you may want to try from another machine that has security turn to low and always be sure to add your domain to trusted sites.

if its not that simplistic..... i notice you are running over SSL. Is SN registered with the same domain name as you cert? Have you checked your InstallValidator for errors? Next, what browser version are you using? SN 9.0.4.1 is not compatible with IE 9.If none of that is fruitful, check your System Settings and be sure all the URLs look correct in particular Full Path (https://server:port/lsn/), Admin Full Path (https://server:port/lsn/admin/), Admin Servlet to Html Path (../admin/), Admin Html to Servlet Path (../servlet/).

      post back with the results.

      hth,
      Matt

Install Validator does have errors with Licensing - Error message "There were errors trying to set the license key...Certificate chaining error". I need to circle back with the server team now that I see this error.
