    Serves as liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. Designs, implements, upgrades and maintains software systems with a high degree of complexity. Facilitates process improvements. Coordinates custom programming, change management, and system optimization. Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.

    - Serves as liaison between Information Systems and the Finance and Supply Chain organizations to assist in the effective use of software applications.  This involves all functions of the support of the Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Budget Planning, and Capital Procurement.
    - Supports other business applications as assigned.
    - Assists with the design of software enhancements, and leads the implementations, upgrades, and maintenance of the software systems with a high degree of complexity.
    - Coordinates custom programming, change management, and system optimization.
    - Resolve daily application and operational issues and on-call work as needed
    - Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
    - Provides leadership in small work groups to facilitate process improvements while integrating system controls and automation when appropriate.


    - Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years related experience or high school diploma/Associates degree and 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
    - 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or in a general business applications support role
    - 2-3 years of experience in SQL and relational databases
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Strong understanding of technical concepts and packaged software operations
    - Strong desire for constant learning

    Preferred Qualifications
    - 3-5 years Infor Lawson experience, or 1-2 years Infor CloudSuite experience
    - Experience creating functional specifications and design documents
    - Experience working incidents in a ticketing system
    - Knowledge of healthcare processes and procedures
    - Knowledge of Research/Project Accounting 

    Remote Work/Work from Home

    This position is entirely remote or work from home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend onsite meetings, as scheduled.
