I've tried searching on a couple of very basic things...pgmdef, scrgen...add ins....and I get nothing. No results. I don't get it. They have disabled the old KB, and yet the new one isn't working??

It wasn't working last night, it worked this morning, but if it isn't working now and it's up and down all week, then Infor's got to be notified about it (which I'm sure they are.)
Yes it is crazy.
I tried searching last night for 'lawson' and 'HR11' just for testing and it returned no results.

tried to search KB, and download patches, no luck for me. COE was the best lawson support EVER! CASE is speechless, and Infor is TBA.

Same here. Thought the clever thing to do would be to have both running in tandem until everything was running smoothly. I did log a case this am, uk time.

I did see a note that said the KB migration was expected to be completed by 11pm 11/15/12. I agree they should have left the current KB in place in the interim.

A window into what life with Infor is going to be like?

We have been with Infor for awhile now using their E-Series HR/Payroll and G/L mainframe applications. Although we don't use their support very often they have responded well when it is a serious problem. Not sure if that will make a difference with Lawson support. I did lodge a ticket because I now have two logins for Infor's Xtreme support site now that they have Lawson up on it. Hoping they can merge the two accounts.

Well, the search appears to be working now. It's different. Will take some getting used to...but maybe it will work better than that last search that Lawson had used. Fingers crossed.

One thing needs to be changed. When searching for documentation (called topics now), there is no indication of what platform or version the document is...and there is no search filter either. You have to open the "preview" link, and see if that one is the one that you wanted.
