I need to invoke an existing process flow when a change is done in CB85.1.

How do I create a trigger on CB85.1?

What version of Lawson and ProcessFlow? Are you using IPA? I've had an issue with v10 Lawson with IPA using the built in Design Studio Trigger on a form action and have just started bypassing it using an AGS call to WFWK.1 in the OnAtferTransaction function. You will need a Service in IPA.
