How to delete a tab in tab region area

In the Design view (lower left of screen), click the tab that's displaying so that "Object" view (lower left) becomes active. Go to the Properties area (right side of screen) and click the "Properties Pages" icon (looks like a little file folder). The "Tab Area Properties" window will open, showing all available tabs. Select the one you want to delete and select "Delete".
