access to reports

I have created a RD30 record for an user and given PSA project management access &included him in PSA Project manager users/groups.but he is not able to access the reports.what access must be enabled or what should be done for accessing the reports?

Can someone help me in this?

When you say "reports", can you clarify what type of reports you are referring to?
