Interent Explorer 10 error viewing Wedding Cake

On the Lawson Home Portal, the default picture known as the "Wedding Cake" doesn't show in IE 10. I can view in IE 8 and 9 but not version 10. Instead what is displayed is a text output of (below abbreviated): If I copy the text and save it as a .mht file (or a Web Archive File) and open in IE 10, I get a "blocked Active X message.. if I click "Allow" the wedding cake pic is shown.
