Security Violation in Portal

When I log in as superuser in production, I should be able to see a client’s jobs sitting in job scheduler, but I received a SECURITY VIOLATION message. I need to see the client's reports. How can I set this? Please let me know your ideas.

If on LAUA, make sure your security role is Officer or Admin.
