Add in for benefit rates?

Just curious, is it possible to do an add-in on the BN18.1 Options Amount and\or BN19.1 Options Rate with open enrollment rates? I just thought an add-in might be better than having a person key it.

Yes, both are possible to do an upload.

So what is the secret? I did a query on one record from BN18.1. Then just changed just the date-start to one year later. Then tried the upload. Mapped all the fields and did an ADD. It gave me the "Add Complete - Continue" message, but no record was added.
