Although I could never get it to work  (gave up and used BN531), KB article 521719 on Lawson's support site has the mapping (along with the hidden fields).  Good luck!!

ARGH......

I thought I had it but I am getting an error that I can not change the start dates.   I pulled the data from the system and now just need to stop or delete some benefits.

I tried the following date formats:
mm/dd/yyyy
yyymmdd
m/d/yyyy  h:mm:ss AM/PM

Any suggestions?

Are you getting an error message, or is it just not deleting? What I usually do is perform the same action in Portal and examine the AGS/Transaction XML.
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

The Hidden key for BN32 (f210) is the combination of portal fields: f11 + f13 + f15 will all character places filled in.

example: Company=101, employee # = 285, date=1/1/2003

the HK will should look like:

010100000028520030101

I've been successful uploading records to BN35.1 using Add-ins. What version are you on? If you send me the header record on your spreadsheet I would be happy to review and let you know what you're missing.
