AM220 - Addition Report
**Form Purpose
Run Addition Report (AM220) to print a report of the assets added during a
specified in-service date range or all recent additions not yet updated by
book. This report includes the asset basis and the net asset value. Disposal
assets can be included.
Since this report prints by book, items are not applicable for this report.
The listing to run for item additions is AM223 (Item Listing).

list description.
MXLISTMBR - Used to validate that assets exist in the attribute list.

AMASSET - Used to retrieve assets. Used to store asset records. This
file also contains many of the selection and sorting fields
that are used for reporting.
AMASSETDSP -
AMASTBOOK - Used to validate and retrieve asset book information. Used to
store the asset book records that are used to depreciate
assets.
AMASTMXVAL - Accessed by common library. Used to retrieve any or all of the
three attribute values.
AMASTTYPE - Used to validate and retrieve asset type information. Used to
store asset types and subtypes, which represent groupings of
like assets that can be used for reporting and defaulting
common asset definition data.

AMBOOK - Used to validate and retrieve book information. Used to store
the asset book records that are used to depreciate assets.
AMCALENDAR - Used to validate and retrieve calendar information. Used to
store calendar records that asset books use for calculating
depreciation, replacement cost, and insurance values, and for
reporting date ranges.
AMCONTROL - Used to verify that a company is used in the Asset Management
system.
AMDIVISION - Used to validate division information.
AMLOCATION - Used to validate location information.
