AM88.1 - Asset Dimension Definition
**Form Purpose
Use Asset Dimension Definition (AM88.1) to further define the Assets
dimension.
**More Information
You can define a member prefix and an alias option. You must delimit the data
by indicating either a range of assets or an asset attribute list. You can
also indicate whether to generate information at the asset or asset item
level, and whether to include, exclude or view only disposed and fully
depreciated assets.
You can choose the Filter button to further limit the assets included in the
data mart.
You can choose the Attributes button to name asset attributes and select them
for inclusion in the data mart.

**Form Purpose
Use Measure Dimension Definition (AM88.3) to select the measures to include
in the Measures dimension.
**More Information
To include a measure, assign a member name to the measure and select or type
X in the Inc (Include) field.
If you do not include any measures, you can select a default measure in the
Default field. Otherwise, the book value defaults.

**Form Purpose
Use Year Dimension Definition (AM88.4) to view years included in the Years
dimension and to assign a unique member name to each year.

**Form Purpose
Use Quarter Dimension Definition (AM88.6) to assign a name to each quarter in
the Periods dimension.
**More Information
If you assign quarter names, an asterisk displays next to the Quarters button
on Period Dimension Definition (AM88.5).

**Form Purpose
Use Asset Filter (AM88.7) to further limit the assets displayed in the data
mart.
**More Information
You can limit the data mart to assets associated with a company or company
group, a classification, a location, a division, a type, a property code, a
category, a lease, an asset tag or an asset group. You can also include,
exclude or include only simulated assets, tax exempt assets, and used assets.

AM88.8 - Dimension Attributes
**Form Purpose
Use Dimension Attributes (AM88.8) to assign asset attributes to an asset
dimension.
**More Information
For each of the displayed asset attributes that you want to assign to the
dimension, you can type a name and select Y (Yes) in the Select field.
If you select at least one attribute, an asterisk displays next to the
Attributes button on AM88.1.

AM88.9 - Optional Measures Dimension
**Form Purpose
Use Optional Measures Dimension (AM88.9) to assign a member name to
Conventions, Life, or Methods dimensions you want to define for the asset data
mart.
**Processing Effect
If you assign a dimension name, it defaults as the member name, but you can
override it.
