IC820 - Beginning Balance Load

**Form Purpose
Run Beginning Balance Load (IC820) to create and update the stock-on-hand
quantity fields required for the Inventory Control database with data from
another application.

**Processing Effect
IC820 creates the following files:

- Stock on Hand Detail,

- Serial Number Control, and

- Lot Control.

IC820 produces a report that lists fatal and nonfatal errors. IC820 does not
create or update to the database any records with fatal errors.

                 for an item at a location, if the item is controlled by bin or
                 lot/sublot or multiple units of measure.

    ITEMMAST   - The Item Master file stores static information about each item
                 such as description, classes, units of measure, and weight.
