PA30.1 - Applicant Status
**Form Purpose
Use Applicant Status (PA30.1) to define applicant statuses, which distinguish
applicants or indicate where applicants are in the recruiting process.
Note Applicant statuses are a criterion used to purge applicants. You must
define at least one applicant status before you can add applicants.
Updated Files
CKPOINT - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.
EMSTATUS - The Employee/Applicant Status file is the main file updated by
program.
Referenced Files
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
