PA345 - Review Schedule Report
**Form Purpose
Run Review Schedule Report (PA345) to print a report of employees who have a
next review in PA26.1 (Review).
The list shows by employee: next review date, next review type, last review
date, and last review type.

DEPTCODE - The Department file is used to print department name.
EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is used to print employee data.
EMSTATUS - The Employee/Applicant Status file is used to verify employees
statuses.
HRSECLEV - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this report.
HRSUPER - The Supervisors file is accessed by this report.
JOBCODE - The Job Code file is accessed to retrieve the job name.
PAEMPLOYEE - The Employee Personnel Information file is used to print next
review date, review code, and last review date.
PASCRTY -
PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to print HR code
descriptions.
PERSGROUP - The Employee Group Header file is used to verify employees
groups.
PGEMPLOYEE - The Employee Group Employees file is used to find employees
included in an employee group.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
REVIEW - The Employee Performance Reviews file is the primary file
printed on this report. Used to print actual review data.
