ACPRODHDR FILE
The ACPRODHDR (Contract Product Header) file stores contract information used
for billing and revenue recognition for product sales. The fields maintained
on this file apply to the entire contract while the fields on the ACPRODDTL
file contain the information specific to each product sold on the contract.
ACPRODHDR is created and maintained on Product Contract (BR51). Use Product
Contract Listing (BR251) to print contract data.
The ACPRODHDR file has relationships with the ACCNTRACT, ACPRODDTL,
ACACTIVITY, ACCNTRSTAT, ACREASONCD, ACPRODLST, ACCNTRCMTX, ACPRMSTN,
ACPRMSTNX, ACGLCODE, and ACSRVCLOC files.

product set up belongs to. The contract
would first need to have been set up in
Contract Setup BR10.

Element: Cont Status Identifies the user defined status
associated with this contract. Statuses
are defined on Contract Status BR30.
AHR-PRODUCT-LIST Alpha 10 BR51.1
Element: Product List Identifies the name of the product list.
The product list is used to group
products by currency. The product list
contains price and cost amounts. The
product list is set up on BR50.

Element: Discount Pct Identifies whether or not there is a
discount percentage to be applied to all
products within a contract.

has any deferred revenue associated with
it. either at the header or detail
level.

Element: Reason Code Identifies the reason code that will
indicate why the contract has revenue
that has been deferred. Reason codes
are set up on BR08.
AHR-MAINT-SCHEDULE Alpha 15 BR51.1
Element: Maint ScheduleIdentifies the name of the maintenance
schedule tha has been set up to
recognize deferred revenue for the
period of free maintenance. This field
is needed so that if a change is done to
a contract product set up which would
cnage the maintenace schedule, the
appropriate schedule can be identified.

objects (products, services, customers,
and so on) are the reasons for
performing the activity.

Element: Date Identifies the start date of the
contract. Will default from the
contract activities' begin date range
but can be overridden.

Element: Begin Date Identifies the begin date of the free
maintenance period associated with the
contract.

Element: Ending Date Identifies the end date of the free
maintenance period associated with this
contract.
AHR-LIST-PRICE Signed 15.2 BR51.1
Element: Adj Amt The list price for the product sold
that is represented by this detail line.
This includes the base price for the
product in addition to a calculation for
any additional users that may have been
sold. List price is always stored in
contract currency. This value will be
stored as a debit amount.
AHR-NET-PRICE Signed 15.2 BR51.1
Element: Adj Amt The net amount of the product for this
contract after discount has been
applied. Net price will be calculated
as List Price less Discount Amount. Net
price is always stored in contract
currency. This value will be stored as
debit amount.
AHR-FREE-MAINT Signed 15.2 BR51.1
Element: Adj Amt The amount of free maintenance that is
given to a client with the pruchase of
this product. This number will be
calculated as a % of either list or net
prices. Free maintenance amount is
always stored in contract currency. This
value will be stored as a debit.

Element: Adj Amt Identifies any amount, exclusive of BR53.2
free maintenance, that will be deferred
for revenue on this contract. Deferred
amount is always stored in contract
currency. This value will be stored as

Element: Operator Code This field is used to store the login
id of the person who entered the record.
