Element: All Flag      This field indicates whether this
                       method has ever been added to a
                       customer's account.
                       N = No
                       Y = Yes

OMT-METH-ACT-FL        Alpha 1                                   WH11.1
Element: Status        This field indicates whether this
                       method is active or inactive.  A
                       shipping method can only be added to an
                       order or invoice if it is active.  If
                       inactive, the form validates the user's
                       ID when an attempt is made to enter the
                       shipping method.
                       A = Active
                       I = Inactive
