AM501 - Depreciation History Balances
Run Depreciation History Balances (AM501) to determine if beginning
balance adjustments are required. AM501 compares the sum of the YTD balances
in the history table to the LTD total for the asset's book. If they are
equal,
beginning balance records are not created for the asset. If they are not
equal, a beginning balance amount is calculated. A balance record is necessary
to tie-out historical depreciation when transactions do not exist in Asset
Management.
