FB122 - Budget Version



Run Budget Version (FB122) to copy existing budgets, while keeping the
integrity of the original. This lets you make different versions of the
original
budget. For example, you could have budget one with six different versions.
You can only maintain and modify the current budget version. Once you
make a new version, you cannot change old versions. Use Budget Analysis (FB95)
to compare past budget versions with another version and Budget Analysis
Report
(FB295) to print them.
You can also use this program to delete specific version numbers.

You can use Budget Listing (FB220) to view specific budget versions
or all versions for specific budget.
