WF02.1 - Form Definition
Use WF02.1 (Form Definition) to define the Lawson application forms and
associated key fields that are
required to inquire on a record.
Updated Files
CKPOINT - The CKPOINT file is a batch process recovery file. This file
stores the number of the last record processed.
WFFORM - The Workflow Form file is updated when a form is defined. This
file contains a description of the form and
the number of key fields on the form. The Workflow Form Fields
file contains the actual field definitions.
WFFORMFLDS - The Workflow Form Fields file is updated when a form is
defined. The file contains the field definitions
for the form defined in the Workflow Form file. The Workflow
Management system creates one record in
this file for each field created. Data included in the field
definition includes the related form, a number
assigned to the field, an indicator of whether this is a key
field, the field name, field type, and field size.
Fields can be one of two types: alphabetic or numeric. If the
form is referenced by an object definition, the
key fields must be listed in the same order as they appear in
this file.
