Workflow Form Fields
The Workflow Form Field file describes the fields for the Enterprise Workflow
forms. The information in this file includes the field name, type, and size,
an ordinal position of the field, and a Boolean value indicating whether or
not the field is a key search field.

Element: Field Nbr This is a system-specific number that
refers to an exact field in a file. Each
field in a file has been assigned
a unique number for reference purposes.
WFD-KEY-FIELD Alpha 1 WF02.1
Element: Key Field This field indicates whether or not
this field is required to uniquely
search for a work unit.
N = No
Y = Yes
WFD-FORM-FLD-NAME Alpha 20 WF02.1
Element: Form Fld Name This is the name of the field. Field
names may be up to 20 characters long.
WFD-FORM-FLD-TYPE Alpha 1 WF02.1
Element: Form Fld Type This column indicates whether the field
is alphanumeric or numeric.
A = Alpha
N = Numeric
WFD-FORM-FLD-SIZE Numeric 2 WF02.1
Element: Form Fld Size The size of the field in characters.
Numeric fields are a maximum of 18,
alpha fields are a maximum of 20.
