WF21.1 - Work Unit Folder
Use WF21.1 (Work Unit Folder) to view and revise folder information. This
form displays: the names of
forms and other files associated with the work unit; the date and time when
the form or file was added; and
whether the form or file has been deleted from the folder.
Updated Files
WFFOLDER - The Workflow Folder file is updated when a reference to a file
or a form is added to the work unit. This file
includes the location and name of the referenced file or form,
the user ID of the user who added the
reference, the date and time that the reference was added, and
a narrative description of the file or form.
WFWORKUNIT - The Workflow Work Unit file is referenced to confirm that the
specified work unit exists.
Referenced Files
WFFORM - The Workflow Form file is referenced to confirm that the
specified form is defined in the Workflow
Management system. Forms are defined on WF02.1 (Form
Definition).
