Hi and thanks for your help,
I am looking at the Cycle Count Accuracy Report located at IC286, and I noticed that a few of the cycle counts contained "Class 2" and "Class 3" errors. What are these errors and how do they differ from "Class 1"?
Thanks for your help,
Will

Looking at the documentation it looks like the errors on the report are divided up by item movement class.

Hmmm, what are the different movement classes? ...Or even better, where are you looking at the documentation for this part of Lawson?
Thanks!

I found it on Lawson Knowledge Base article id 202992, on the bottom it describes the IC286 report. As for the movement class it is set on the IC12 Item Location on the miscellaneous tab. It is used to divided your items by volume. We have all of our items in one movement class but you can divide your inventory so you would spend more of your time on higher volume items.
