How do your req approvers access the Inbasket in v10?  Do they have to go through LTM to access the workunits?

No - it's still "under the globe" as a bookmark from Portal side for us.

Same here for us. We have to assign the correct Security Roles and also assign them the locations they approve for using the Rich Client. You will want to do this in the product line that is tied to your S3 product line.

I have myself set up in the Rich Client and I can see "Inbasket" under the Bookmark button but nothing shows after that.  I'll ask IT to check my security.

In ISS under resources for the user you also have to have "WF User" set to a value of 1.

WF User is set to 1 for me. RM settings were copied from v9.

I had a problem in the past when we upgraded from Landmark 10.1.1.7 to 10.1.1.11. I ended up having to redeploy the Landmark application. Now from time to time I have had it not show up and I have had to delete my browser cookies and temp files, close the browser down and then log back in. Did this work in the past or is this the first time you have tried testing it? If it's not a security issue then you might see if there were any errors when they deployed the app in Landmark. Good luck.

I just started testing because we only got IPA to create workunits a couple days ago. There were some services that weren't named correctly.

Can someone post screen captures of what their inbasket looks like?

That looks great. When you installed v10 did you have to do a lot to make this happen? We have all the services and flows loaded. I can release a req and a workunit will kick off. I get the email notification to approve. We just can't get past the Inbasket dropdown.

We have to assign the InbasketUser_ST role in ISS. This is a role that was created on the Landmark side, but is available in ISS if you are federated. The role should be set up to access the product line that is assigned to IPA/S3.
