Lawson and Pharmacy

    I am looking for contacts that use Lawson for Pharmacy Rx and may have AmerisourceBergen as their primary vendor.  Even if AmerisourceBergen in not
    your primary vendor, I would like to make some contacts for our Pharmacy Director to communicate with.  In the spring, our Pharmacy is going to a carosel system from McKesson.  If you are willing to share your experiences, please drop me an email.

        I wish those experiences would be shared here in this forum.  We, and I'm sure many others, have been waiting for a good Pharmacy solution from Lawson.

          First you would need a good Pharmacy POS to be built, then Lawson could work on better interfaces.

            Saw this post and wanted to see if anyone has any recent experiences. We are trying to use Lawson inventory for our Pharmacy items, but need to find a way to better utilize the IC11.6 NDC functionality.
            Currently we have a separate Lawson item # for each NDC due to the potential for drug recallls. I've submitted an enhancement request with Lawson asking them to link the IC11.6 data so that the correct NDC could be selected when creating a receipt or issue transaction.
            Anyone else willing to share their challenges and potential solutions?
