Modifying Purchase Order layout

    I have been looking in documentation and search the web for information on his and I have not had any luck.  Let me start by saying I a fairly new to INFOR and Supply Chain.  My user has asked if we can "change the font size" on our disclaimer that shows up on our PO along with hard coding a comment on each PO.   In searching infor and these formus I cannot find anything related to this so I am guessing this cannot be done.  We use the standard Lawson POs along with the faxserver for emailing of any PO's if needed.

      You can "hard code" a comment on a PO using PO12 (Comment Codes). Your buyers will have to add the comment code to their POs or you can set up your PO120 job(s) with the code to display on POs that are printed, faxed or emailed (comments are generally ignored on EDI POs).

      For changing the font size that would be a customization but some here use a third party like MHC to create a custom PO layout.

        Helpful information here! Thanks Jimmie and JonA. Like you, Jimmie, I'm sorta new here and have to do all the learning and observing myself about this system and found this forum with helpful tips and tricks. JonA has posted A LOT of helpful tips, glad to see he's still currently in his position! :-)
