Yes, we set up Amazon and Grainger. As long as the vendor has the ability to handle Punchout you should be able to set them up like any of the vendors that Lawson provides.

Thank you Jim.  The company I'm trying to set up is asking me for punchout request and cart return data.  Not sure what they are referring to.

Not sure either. We don't return any data to the vendor in Punchout that I know of. They should return data to the Punchout application which turns it into a requisition. The requisition eventually gets turned into a Purchase Order which gets sent to the vendor. If they are not familiar with how Lawson handles Punchout then it may not work. Did they say if they have worked with Lawson before? With Amazon I had to make some coding modifications in Punchout and PO120 to get it to work they way they wanted it to.

They have never done Punchout with Lawson.  We are on the process to add Grainger since they are on the Lawson vendor list.  We will eventually add Amazon, what kind of coding you had to modify for Amazon?

Amazon requires the SupplierPartAuxiliaryId in the Purchase Order so I had to using mapping in the rqc_confix.xml file to map it to the PO_USER_FIELD_4 in the line data. In order to send it via EDI I had to modify POIMGWS to allow a length of 30 for user field 4 and change user field 6 to 10.  I then recompiled POI7 and PO120.  I also had to create a separate laws_out_91 for Amazon because of other requirements. I do think Infor may have provided patches to handle the SupplierPartAuxiliaryId, but we are so far behind we had to go this route. Let me know if you would have anymore questions. Thank you.
