Vendor Agreements

Does anyone use Vendor Agreement for things like month apartment rent, or capital equipment leases or service maintenance agreements?

We did for a while, primarily for Service Maintenance agreements, like semi-annual calibrations, cleaning services etc. All went well until a couple invoices were keyed incorrect or missed and then trying to match up what months were paid and which were not got to be a bear. Also reporting and finding history requires a custom crystal report. We changed to regular PO20 Service Item PO's and it's much easier to track and maintain.
